Sizing- Sizes are noted in item descriptions. All of our bracelets are designed to fit about a 7" wrist...bead sizes dictate how long the bracelet needs to be. If you know you'd prefer it lengthened or shortened, please let us know when ordering.

Shipping- $5.00 for USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation within the continental US.
Orders above
$100 is shipped
free. We also offer USPS Express Mail for $25.
International orders are $10 for Global Priority Mail.
Payment- We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express through Paypal, as well as money orders and personal checks (items will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank). Checks payable to: Anna He.
Guarantee- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receipt in it's original condition and we will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping/handling or exchange it for a different item. Bonvogue offers a 30 day warranty which covers breakage and defective parts. All repairs must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and specific instructions.
